Full membership of AudioUK is open to bona fide production companies making audio programmes and content for national radio stations such as the BBC, UK commercial networks or other clients such as audiobook companies, podcast platforms and so on.  However membership is not open to freelancers, whose representative body would be an organisation such as the NUJ, community radio producers, etc.  If in doubt please email Kim Mason, the AudioUK Administrator (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with a summary of your company's activity.

Associate membership is open to other individuals and organisations that simply want to be kept informed of AudioUK's activities, at the discretion of the Board. Associates receive our general membership emails, have access to the full website etc, but do not have voting rights OR membership of the Legal Services Scheme.

The current fees for full membership, which does now include the Legal Scheme, are as follows (from 1st July 2018):

B: £15,001 to £25,000 £220
C: £25,001 to £50,000 £250
D: £50,001 to £75,000 £360
E: £75,001 to £100,000 £440
F: £100,001 to £150,000 £605
G: £150,001 to £300,000 £825
H: £300,001 to £500,000 £1,100
I: over £500,001 to £1 million £1,650
   

Associate membership is £120 pa

The membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th the following year.  New members joining through the year are charged pro rata.
